The following are our product updates for May 2017:

Stripe Integration: Collect your membership fees by credit card
You now have the option to use Stripe as a payment system. Stripe will allow you to accept credit card payments. In addition subscriptions can be withdrawn using Direct Debit via Stripe.

Extended running times: Weekly, daily or monthly contract running times
You can now choose different running times for term contracts:
- Months
- Weeks
- Days
This applies to the term of the contract, contract extension as well as the notice period.

Extended Subscription Times: Monthly, weekly, annual subscriptions
You have the option to specify different intervals for your subscriptions:
- Monthly
- Weekly
- Every 3 months
- Every 6 months
- Yearly
Subscriptions can be used to collect membership fees through SEPA. In appointman you can activate the SEPA function via extensions.

Appointments: Automatic warnings when employee is not available
You will now get a warning when you try to add an appointment and the selected employee is not available.
In addition, you are able to create an internal note for your employees. This note is not readable for the customer and therefore the customer receives no update e-mail once the note is added.

Customer development: More detailed overview on dashboard
If you click on the detailed view of the customer development chart, you will now get a more detailed overview for each day of the month. The monthly development is still displayed as usual, but the graph will help you to figure out the highest growth rate during the month.

New server: We moved to Amazon Web Services
Many of you already noticed our server move. We had a few bumps on the road – but appointman is now running smoothly on the new AWS server.
With this move we want to guarantee you a better appointman experience with the following advantages:
