APPOINTMAN is committed to protect the privacy of all people who use APPOINTMAN, and to treat personal data as strictly confidential. APPOINTMAN endeavours to collect and use as little personal data as possible.
What customer data do we need and what for?
To arrange your appointment and to prepare for it, the service provider needs your chosen services, your appointment request, your name, landline and/or mobile phone number. This data will be transmitted to the service provider for additional inquiries. Furthermore we save the push-ID of your smartphone when you login through a mobile app. This enables us to send you push-notifications to inform you about new appointments etc. Once you log out this push-ID will be deleted immediately and we cannot send you any further push-notifications.
Cookies can be seen as a kind of electronic business card. Cookies contain data, which technologically identifies your current connection to APPOINTMAN. We save that data during the time you use the APPOINTMAN site. Once you leave APPOINTMAN within minutes the cookies will automatically be deleted from the server. Furthermore we save the IP-address of the Internet connection you used to access APPOINTMAN services when you made a booking. In case of misuse of the APPOINTMAN services we can use the IP-address to trace the device that was used for the booking.
What happens to your data?
The collected data is solely used to enable APPOINTMAN to provide services to the customers and service providers.
APPOINTMAN will only process and use this data, if it is necessary for providing a service you chose from APPOINTMAN. APPOINTMAN does not sell the personal data you provided and does not share it with a third party.

Data protection declaration for the use of Google Analytics
This website is using Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text data which is saved on your computer and which enables an analysis of the website use through you. The information generated through the cookie concerning your use of the website is generally sent to a Google server in the US and saved there. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP-address be transferred to a Google server in the US and be shortened there. Under the authority of the provider, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile a report on the website activity for their operators, and provide other services related to the use of the website and the Internet. Your browser’s IP-address, transmitted within the framework of Google Analytics, will not be merged with other Google data.
